This site is in remembrance of Martha D. Keil. Martha D. Keil, who began life as Martha Dawn Owen, was born on May 10, 1929 in Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania; she departed this life at her home in Wilmington, Delaware on October 16, 2008. Dawn had been born to Ernest D. and Leota S. A. Owen; she had lived for many years in Wilmington, Delaware. Gave birth to two delightful daughters, Cheryl A. Keil, and Kathy M. Wisniewski, the former is who is the creator of this blogspot. Dawn was remembered for that smile of hers; she always would greet everyone with a warm smile, and never had a derogatory word to say about anybody, no matter how much they would annoy her. Her sweet, graceful spirit will be missed most of all.
Dawn was predeceased by her husband, Leonard Keil, in 2005. Cherishing Dawn's memories are Cheryl A. Keil, Kathy M. Wisniewski, her two daughters, four grandchildren, Colleen and Donald McNeill, and Leni and Zachary Wisniewski. Also surviving are a great grandson, Mohammed Ahmed Aboutalleb along with four grandcats, Snickers, Sabrina, Lucie, and Rocky.
Today is October 16, 2009, and I can't believe it's been a year since she's been gone. I dream about her a lot, and I am trying to get on with my life as best I can.
ReplyDeleteCelebrated a second anniversary of her death with a spaghetti dinner in my apartment for my sister, nephews, and nieces. We all had a good time!
ReplyDeleteAlmost four years since she's been gone. I dream about her a lot; I know the Lord is taking very good care of her. I am trying my best to get on with my life as best I can; Mom, Sabrina's got a new brother named Bailey. If only you could see him; he's such a delight, follows me all over my apartment. I now reside in Newark, Delaware; hoping to return up north to be closer to your other daughter. Good night, Mother wherever you are in Heaven; I know the Lord is taking very good care of you. I'll be with you one of these days. Your beloved daughter, Cheryl Ann Keil
